Evenings spent in from of the TV can turn out to be  big enemys of our waistline.I decided to find some healthy alternatives and today I have decided to share one oft hem with you.A tasty choice that is also healthy and diet friendly.

Filled okras with walnuts , kumin and shallots.

  1. 10 fresh okra pods
  2. 1 handful walnuts
  3. 2 shalotte
  4. 1 small clove of garlic
  5. ½ teaspoon minced ginger
  6. ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  7. ½ teaspoon coconut butter
  8. ¼ chili flakes
  9. pinch of salt
  1. Wash your okra pods and remode the ends.Using a sharp knife cutem half lenghtwise and with the nailf of your tump remove the seeds.
  2. Fort he filling you need to add all the ingredients in your kitchen robot and buzz them untill well combined tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in the hot oven at 200 for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
